@DCUclarkk Not in any multiverse....it will be lucky if it matches Superman's mediocre performance because a lot of people that saw it didn't like it and they wont be coming back
@_wurldonfilm More AI
do you really think they're gonna put her in a suit that looks almost exactly like Gals, but with a collar?
She might be playing wonder woman. But I don't believe these are real photos
@DCUclarkk It's just more lore ignoring takes on the characters. To top it off they decided to include lectures that makes it both rage and race baiting, which is of course what everyone wants in their show about space cops who wear the most powerful weapon in the universe on their hand...
@Itssan17 And I forgot to mention you notice, they haven't given us the viewing figures for the second episode, which lets us know. It must have been a pretty dramatic drop off, or they'd be bragging about them like they were the first episode figures
@Itssan17 It's lore and canon ignoring like everything they've put out in the d c u to date, and apparently they've decided instead of giving us a intergalactic space cop show that we need lectures about racial politics, so it's straight up garbage
@WarstuG It was a rage and race baiting. Episode, because they haven't learned yet that the audience doesn't like to be lectured during their superhero shows
@MemeOfSteel_ Not a chance... It probably won't do as well as his Superman parody... Only 39 million people went to see it and a lot of them didn't like it
@Real_CineSource Following up my previous post, I would have thought the fact that James Gunn's Superman was only seen by 39 million people compared to 81 million for man of steel and a 102 million for BVS would have made it clear Snyder fans aren't the minority.
@Real_CineSource Yeah, because two and a half times the number of views for something that's morw than twice as long as Lanterns must be a failure because it was by Snyder right? LOL
One of these days they're gonna figure out that the Snyder fans aren't a minority.
@ReviewFischer As I keep saying, they have no respect or reverence for the characters. Every project they bring out just highlights the fact that they should not be in charge of these IPs
@RottenTomatoes The problem is, while most reviews are calling it a great detective show, they make it clear that the use of lantern powers are "rare and few and far between"... So it may be a great detective show, but it's not a great green lantern show...
@JamesGunn@hbomax The reviews tell us you've fucked it up again. It's a show about Green Lanterns, but the lantern action is rare and few and far between according to the reviews. If I wanted a detective story, I just watched true detective
@DukeCityKittie@david_ekpendu@DiscussingFilm The Hollywood reporter review describes the show as reacher but with a tall black guy who alnost never uses his power ring... This is supposed to be an effing green lantern show... Go read the review and see if it sounds good to you
@ReviewFischer Well, as i've said many times...They don't respect the characters or the lore, and they don't give them the reverence they deserve... Lanterns could be the best space opera ever, but instead it's an "action comedy".
