eLearning has become the next big thing in education and some things should stay. Students that participate in eLearning don’t have to get up as early to catch the bus and therefore get more sleep, and they can also be more comfortable in their learning environment. #edtechsp21

@LearnDirienzo I think that games and simulations have helped students experience some of the things that they would have in classrooms, even when they weren’t in person. I see them as a benefit for the students.

Educational simulations are extremely beneficial to students. For example, my high school started using simulations for dissections and chemistry labs while they were in eLearning. These simulations helped the students have similar experiences as they would in person. #edtechsp21

@silvey_eiu I agree completely that teachers need to know that everything they see is appropriate for them. This is something that teachers need to take into consideration especially if teaching younger children to use search engines.

One of many issues surrounding search engines in K-12 classrooms is that much of the information the internet is not from a reliable source. Students that use information that is not from a reliable source can be falsely educated on research topics. #edtechsp21
