Please subscribe to our YouTube channel containing videos on recovery from ME/CFS and long COVID - patient and clinical dialogues. Trying to reach 1000 subscribers and almost there !
@AnilvanderZee Let’s wait for the results to published and analysed ? This has been selectively interpreted. When the full trial is out and published we can discuss what worked and conclusions as to why. This video was about observations as to what each clinician sees working in practice
@alexandrite113@MECFSisCFSnotME Well done - it’s called a glimmer. If you can feel this good once even for a short period then it’s possible to feel this good for longer
@jillneimark@AlanLevinovitz This is just people who have publicly shared their stories - I meet many people who recover who don’t want to do this and just want to move on. I don’t blame them - when you share your story, you get people telling you you were never sick or accusing you of selling something
@5arstudent@Fionas_Story I have told my story to Dan ;)

And many times to raelen, Nicole Sachs and on our channel
Here’s one with Fiona and myself x

I recovered from Long Covid by understanding the mind body connection.
At the time I didn’t realise there was research into this.
Last year I interviewed four different scientists each doing an RCT using mind body approaches. This is the conversation

@jillneimark@AlanLevinovitz And what about all the people recovering sharing their stories. There’s about 3000 on here and growing

@AlanLevinovitz This is a video talking to four different researchers about four different trials all using mind body techniques

And this is a website with 1000s of recovery stories all showing the same techniques

@Fionas_Story@ChrisAlvino Yes, Amy in this video also meditated and got long Covid
What is missing is the explanation of what an abnormal perpetuation of sickness response is and why it’s happened
Basically if you believe you have organ damage and it’s permanent, no amount to meditating will help
@AlanLevinovitz I would probably not have got long covid if I had seen this research. I would have relaxed safe in the knowledge that I would recover
Instead I went to my doctor, got told it was chronic and I would probably never run again
Luckily I did recover and have run four marathons since
