Ever wanted to get into the Worlds 2010 format, but weren’t sure where to start? Tried looking online for content, but couldn’t find much? Gave it a try with your friend’s decks but didn’t understand the cards? Bored of standard or just want to learn another retro format? Look no further!

I wrote this (free!) article with the goal of introducing newer players to what I think is one of, if not the, greatest format in Pokémon TCG history, DP-UL / Worlds 2010. It’s about 8000 words, and I go over format-specific rules, interactions, important cards, metagame and history, and most importantly, a little bit on every popular deck (15+ total), with my current personal lists included. It’s aimed at players who have (at least) a decent grasp of the game but little to no knowledge of the format. Also, lots of pictures :)
