You've already accomplished the hardest part: building an ecosystem around real alpha.

I no longer have the capital or the people I once had, but if there's one piece of advice I can give you, it's this:

Protect those two tokens at all costs.

You already control BTC's supply. Allocate around 10% to liquidity pools. Sell into strength, buy back into heavy dumps, and gradually clean up the floor.

Get a dedicated full-time dev focused exclusively on websites, tools, and infrastructure.

As for the derivatives, you'll need a proper team of community managers handling memes, raids, and keeping each narrative alive.

And here's something I'd be extremely careful about:

Only ape into derivatives where you control the supply.

I've seen several derivatives you've aped into take advantage of the pump to dump their bags. And once their wallets are empty, they stop posting about the project altogether.

They still don't realize that the ecosystem you're building could genuinely become one of the biggest narratives of this bull run.

Missed BTC? You get another shot through a derivative that rewards you in BTC.

A fully functioning pyramid. Lmao.

Otherwise, you're just becoming someone else's exit liquidity. And over time, that liquidity extraction will slowly bleed your main tokens.

Focus on narratives that bring value back to the main token, creating an ecosystem where each project strengthens the others.

Reward the ones who show up, contribute, and actually put in the work.
Build a raid dashboard to track engagement and reward real contributors.
Over time, the mercenaries will fade, and the real ones will stick around.

Those are the people we need.
