@JZiemb@TheAthleticMLB@keithlaw@Dodgers@MLB I also don’t know shit about mlb prospects but I know that list is bullshit as a Phillies fan because Aiden miller on there and he hasn’t swung a bat since February.
Will Sasso and Dan Soder are Macho Man Randy Savage, Hulk Hogan, Andre The Giant, Stone Cold Steve Austin, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Rodney Dangerfield, and Robert Deniro reading Andy Rooney quotes. 😂😂😂😂

Was hoping for the feel-good story of the local homegrown Professional, overcoming trauma in his previous years, to break out at this PGA Championship. But then you remember that this is Philly and shit like that doesn’t happen here, so naturally he’s DFL after round 1.
An update on tailgating at the World Cup in Philly - Meg Kane says tailgating will be limited to people who have tickets and parking passes to the stadium lots
Fans without a ticket looking for the tailgate experience are encouraged to attend the (free) Fan Fest at Lemon Hill
can i put it on record now that by far the funniest and most Sixers outcome here is Bob Myers conducting a nationwide search that takes three months and deciding that the best possible candidate to take over is Bob Myers
Less than 10 miles from this week’s PGA Championship is the most exciting renovation project in the world of golf:
Cobbs Creek Golf Course, among the most historic public golf facilities in the country, is nearing the final stages of its enormous renovation project under Gil
Hanse and Jim Wagner.
The completed golf complex will be nothing short of remarkable.
The Lincoln Financial Center, consisting of a double-decker driving range, a 9-hole Q School short course by TGR Design, a heritage center, restaurant, bar and lounge are already up and running.
But the jewel, of course, is the restoration and renovation of the historic 18-hole Olde Course designed by Hugh Wilson with help from George Crump and William Flynn. In its heyday a century ago, this course was a true gem, but sadly, the intervening years were not kind. To say the course was neglected is to understate things considerably.
Enter the Cobbs Creek Foundation, consisting primarily of Philly golf lovers, and the Hanse/Wagner team. The land has been cleared and prepped, the famed creek has been rehabbed, fairways have been staked and greens are being shaped. Even now, while under construction and without grass, it’s overwhelmingly obvious that the finished course will be immediately revered.
When I first started playing golf, on sunny spring days, I’d often decide spur of the moment to cut class and stop at Cobbs for a round on my way to St. Joes. Back then, the course suited my game well in that both were absolute disaster zones. Still, Cobbs has always been special to me. To see it rise from the dead, and to see Philly finally get the world-class public course it deserves, is wildly exciting.
To all involved: kudos, keep it up, and thanks. I’ll see you opening day 2027.
I think the Sixers need to do opposite of what most are saying and trade Maxey and VJ for a shit ton of future picks that convey near the end of Embiid and PG contracts. Tank for the next 3 years, but this time tell 🐍 silver and the league to F off when they try to intervene.
The Knicks defensive game plan seems to be “@OfficialNBARefs aren’t going to call a foul every possession”, and then proceed to hand check on every drive like it’s 1987.
