Bifurcated country, bifurcated economy. FL, TX, southern states the market has flipped, especially where they’re building like TX. Northeast no inventory and they only build McMansions in my MA county. Locals have much more control than federal as to housing inventory up here. .25% isn’t motivating me to replace my 2.375% mortgage with a 6%+.
