@RantyHighwayman @wfcouncil Are cyclists limited to going only on the all red ped phase? (meaning they don't get to go at the same time as the straight ahead green traffic phase?) if so, is this due to not allowing left turn car traffic at the same time as straight ahead bicycles crossing?

@camcycle @GBCycleEmbassy What signal phasing are they proposing? I'm guessing an all red ped phase- this might "reduce" the ped/cycle conflict as you will both be standing still, waiting ages for your turn on a red light!
