@metaplexmovies And of course she can do whatever tf she wants, but it's understandable to be annoyed that she's wasting chances to no other female director is getting.
@metaplexmovies I think you don't that's not the actual issue. People would love her to make big budget original films that are not glorified toy commericials. She has the chance to do her Inception, Sinners or Marty Supreme and she's not taking it.
@psychecinemaa@R0SYLNS And how can ''we'' support IMAX theatres if most people can no access to them. That's like blaming Musical Theatres fans for shows closing on Broadway even though Broadway is inaccessible for most.
@katereinking If they post about their disappointment on a public platform, people are going to react to it. Most of his comments are glazing him anyway.
@dayainfiniti Given the reputation that the *star* of something always arrives last, I bet certain peoples publicists are fighting to see who that gets to be lol.
@JorCru@efs120 I think the main reason she got guff for that was because she's just bought a multi-million dollar LA mansion (mentioned in the same article) rather than the statement itself.
@bob_noss@ozymandias935@CountVolpe He didn't reject the power fantasy, he just failed at it. Maybe he 'steps up' but he still abandoned her in the first place.
@CoreyAtad He's not in love with her, he literally abandoned her when she went into labor and could've died. He only came back after he finished his table tennis thing.
@Nouna_arts Also just saying, I don't think she even really registered how close she was to drowning. All she saw was how close Gary was before he disappeared while Nick was getting them out.
@NoahAtTheMovies@skywalkerlikeme It's just people being childish and competitive. Many don't have good things in their lives so they put their worth in the film they like being *The Best*.
@CertifiedCineph@lynchinist They won't, PTA is their beloved white director. They're currently accusing anyone with mild criticisms as lacking media literacy.
