My point was moral/ethical.
We don't allow BIID to receive limb amputation etc, so imo we shouldn't allow "gender surgery".
BIID and body dysphoria are similar.

I believe "gender affirmation surgery" is malpractice as would be surgery for someone suffering from BIID.
