@AirCanada@AirCanada looking for some guidance here. What am I selecting for this? Is this a new complaint or am I filling out the form again with the same information to be treated poorly?
@AirCanada I’m a 50k status member and been waiting for a response to a known glitch that had me removed from an original flight after being told I had been upgraded. I was 7+ hours late and your customer care response is nothing but short of disgraceful. How do I escalate this?
@AirCanada Folks - I already have a customer relation case number which is the reason for the post. I would like to have it escalated due to the awful response considering the circumstances.
@AirCanada If I am to resubmit. What would you recommend my complaint is at this point? The original delay and treatment received which has apparently been resolved or the terrible customer relations response?

Where are we now? (the illusion of professionalism). The mythical promise and marketing of ‘best practice’. A neoliberal market logic has now penetrated deeply into how we look at child-youth football. https://t.co/YyRQvngcJS
@UberEats great transparency. Awful. “After a careful review, we can confirm that this order isn't eligible for a refund or any adjustments. While we are unable to discuss the specifics of the refund eligibility on the account due to some reasons”
@Whyatt We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. By the way, we've gone ahead and sent you a DM. Kindly send us a message there. https://t.co/sd7yH5jmbJ
If you were in a restaurant and food was dropped on you, ruining your footwear, would you accept an apology and move on? Apparently @UberEats thinks that’s the expectation. It won’t happen again they said. Yep! It won’t. Business gone.
We understand this is not an ideal experience, and we truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We'd like to look into this further. Kindly send us a DM with the email address and phone number linked to your account along with the order details. Looking forward to your response.
@UberEats appalling customer service on your chat service. A driver spills the food on my footwear and pants (grease) which is not going to clean and the response is “we are sorry and will let the restaurant know.” For a customer who order regularly for staff and work, very poor.
