ICE then attacked Alex Pretti from behind for helping her up off the ground. There were numerous ICE agents restraining him. His gun was removed from the scene. ICE wanted violence.

This was an attack by ICE. Saying he reached for any weapon, is ICE declaring they are incapable of basic restraint. It's not reasonable force.
