maybe I misunderstood your previous reply then because it came off as misinformed. at least as if you don't consider a work with premade assets to be a protected work. which it is. if I got that wrong my bad!

it's a shame to see any creator leave the space, but especially the talented ones

An avatar built from either original and/or premade assets is a completed work and the copyright is very much enforceable. the same applies to worlds. I highly encourage reading up on copyright law sometime

filing a dcma after you have the paper work is def a pain, but it’s worth it every time. the site you mentioned does comply with these requests as do most of the sites people use to host them and discord will shut down severs when they receive these complaints surprising fast

We've been over this but I never wanted a refund, you offered one and then told me you never wanted me to be able to use your assets again.

I had the avatar uploaded before you offered and I promptly deleted it and never looked back after our interaction and even informed you I was holding off on making a review since I was doing monthly avatar review videos at the time

The same creator who offered me a refund I never asked for, refused to follow through, and then told me to file a false chargeback so they could ban me from their shop💀
