@NS_online Dear NS Customer Service,
I am writing to request a refund for an incorrect charge of €33.30 that occurred at a train station in the Netherlands.
On the day of the incident, I checked in at the station but, due to a special situation, I needed to exit in 5 mins.
Before doing so, I asked a staff member for guidance. I was clearly informed that exiting and re-entering at the same station would not result in any charge, and that my ticket would be automatically canceled.However, I was later charged €33.30, which appears to be incorrect.
