I believe it's the Dem strategy. It doesn't matter who runs. The Dem will crown whoever the party picks. They do it this just to get rid of Pratt. Shut him up. They can't let him point out their failures to the public. They're afraid that people will actually wake up.

Bass does not have the “establishment backing.” In 2022, Karen Bass had an unusually powerful endorsement coalition from both Hollywood and the world of politics. Compared to that, this year it’s been mostly crickets.

And either way at the end of the day, a Democrat vs. Democrat race is good and safe for the Democrat establishment.

The idea that “everything is fine” because Bass would’ve rather gone up against Pratt is pretty nonsensical.

@thatsKAIZEN The fraud is with Karen Bass. Well known politicians hardly get any mail -in ballots. Random asking people in LA they probably have no idea who Ramen was. That's the strange not Pratt didn't get the vote. It obviously set up to have 2 Dem going to Nov. Not Pratt to win.
