@LancsHT ISBL have put together a pay scale for SBMs that is comparative to SLT pay. Whether it gets implemented or not….
I’m under Lincs CC and they seem to grade pay according to how many staff you line manage. Never mind the millions of £s you’re responsible for!

@GemmaDo83283701 I bet you weren’t expecting the reaction that you’ve got from the nay-sayers for such a brilliant idea!🙄 In our job we HAVE to get creative at saving money. Pay rises don’t get funded by the fairies (or the govt). Well done! 👏
