@calvinmiguel @Gamingtronium Yes, I think you can get by without using a terminal. I recently tried Gnome on Fedora after years of not touching Linux at all, and I was pleasantly surprised. But you'll probably want to tweak it to your liking with extensions (that has a GUI) if you're coming from Windows.
