History proves that a nation's average IQ directly contributes to the quality of its governance and systems.
High-IQ societies like Japan and Germany rebuilt from literal ashes and nuclear bombs in less than 20 years.
Vietnam was bombed into the Stone Age and is now a global manufacturing hub.
A high-IQ society is intolerant of dysfunction. It views a collapsed power grid or a bad road as a systemic rejection of its identity.
In contrast, a society struggling with low cognitive stewardship becomes resilient, a polite word for adapting to failure.
When a society treats a paved road or a functioning sewer as a miracle or a gift from a politician, it reveals a collapse of cognitive standards.
National IQ is the difference between a country that builds the future and a country that merely collapses.
Insulin Resistance affects 88% of Americans to some degree. 90% of people who have it are not diagnosed and have no clue they have it.
It is a root cause of inflammation, faster aging, heart disease, diabetes, cancer and dementia.
The good news? It's also nearly 100% reversible.
We eat an average of 152 pounds of sugar and 133 pounds of flour per person every year!
Over time, reducing starch and sugar or ideally eliminating them to promote insulin sensitivity - a key marker of optimal health. In time, you can add them back once you achieve metabolic flexibility.
Van Gogh's early works were characterized by dark, somber colors. However, he later transitioned to a brighter, more vibrant palette, particularly during his time in Arles. His post-impressionist style is marked by bold brushstrokes and intense colors.
Early Period Example: "The Potato Eaters" (1885)
Arles Period Example: "Starry Night" (1889)
Van Gogh's evolution can be linked to personal struggles, including his mental health. His move to Arles and the creation of vibrant works like "Starry Night" were influenced by his desire for a more hopeful and colorful artistic expression.
I had a wonderful time with my mom @ParkwoodEstate yesterday. We saw some beautiful Monarch butterflies, lots of cardinals, bumblebees, and breathtaking views of sprawling gardens that reminded me of fairy tales. We sat and watched people strolling by laughing, talking, and taking pictures. I did a lot of reflection while there with my mom. People often ask me what I did this summer. Honestly it was a very quiet summer for me. A summer to rest and recharge my tired batteries. Yet I spent quality time with my family, especially my mom. Sadly some of my dearest friends have lost their moms in recent years and they would do anything to go on a walk with their mom one more time. This weekend I was reminded that although I don’t have much in my wallet, I have both of my parents here with me. I have 3 beautiful children and a few close friends. I have a home with food on the table. Maybe I didn’t go on any trips this summer but I’m still incredibly rich as far as blessings go and honestly they go a long way. Happy #LaborDay! #StarfishClub #X #mentalhealth

Wishing you a happy and safe #4thofJuly. What are your holiday plans? #IndependenceDay celebrates the declaration of independence of the #UnitedStates, on July 4, 1776 meaning, the 13 #American colonies were no longer subject to the monarch of Britain, King George Ill. 🇺🇸 ❤️
Business rule #1. Stop talking about it and prove it. Results don’t lie but people who don’t have it just make excuses why they haven’t being able to do it but one day will. PROVE IT!!! Thoughts?
