Went to Yarmouth for lunch to see @Character_Inns revamp of Kings Head. Very warm welcome and great food. Then popped across the road to check out @georgehoteliow for coffee. Massive disappointment - bad coffee, staff busy but took no real interest. New owner, same aloof service.

US firms lobbying UK to change its standards on beef and drugs post-Brexit. US agriculture industry groups want UK standards to be more aligned with those in US, including lower tariffs on agricultural goods and overturning a 30-year ban on the sale of growth hormone-fed beef. 🙁
