@friedberg wouldn't $me at this valuation be a worthwhile acquisition for $goog for things like alphafold and disease/drug research? Putting aside FTC issues and concerns over google having everyone's genetic data..seems like a good way to spend some of that cash laying around

@Amani_Gold Why does $ANL / $Bryyf need to raise $5mil to support development of the lithium project if it has $8mil coming in March of '24 from the 2nd tranche payment on Giro? The transaction is already substantially diluting shareholders, and the $5m will only further dilution.

@Amani_Gold Announcement states the Proposed Transaction will result in 67.08% dilution to existing shareholders. What about the $5 million payment from tranche 1 or $8 million payment from tranche 2 due in q1 of 2024 from the sale of Giro Project?

How does the company intend to secure repayment of the $38+ million in intercompany loans from @amani_gold to Amani Consulting? Interesting, they don't appear to be listed as "receivables" on Amani Gold's balance sheet in the independent report.
