@airtelindia pathetic service , pathetic experience , don’t provide support to postpaid customers as well . To my friends switch to Jio or any other but never get Airtel . @Airtel_Presence tell me the process of changing the service provider

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia do not charge me for International Roaming if you cant give proper service . Its been a month almost and i have not received a single call from anyone . Its says switched off every time. After complaining many times still no solution. #badservice

@airtelindia i am postpaid user from last 16 years , and i must say you have a very pathetic customer care . I am out of india and i have a Roaming plan . But i am not getting any calls from anyone . Instead i can call everyone . I have complained many times but no result .

@Cleartrip i booked tickets via your website , i got the confirmation of booking but when i check in airline website, return journey can’t be find . Tried calling your contact center but no one is picking up the call , waited 20 mins
