Day 9 since my @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia stopped working, and today I received a message that my phone connection has been permanently removed. Not even a word from any channel of customer support @JM_Scindia

5 days SIM not working, visited 3 airtel stores, emails to enterprise and b2b email address (my number is was registered under corporate) visited the @airtelindia corporate office gurugram, submitted all proofs still stuck on technicalities. so now am left to suffer.

8 Days no response from @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia on providing SIM so my number can work BTW bill for my number is generated and i am sure if i don't pay i will be charged late fee but i cannot charge @airtelindia any penalty for mental & financial stress they are causing

@airtelindia it is almost a week since my airtel SIM stopped working, on top of missing out on any important calls i am not able to make any critical bank transactions. Still no reply from any customer support channel of airtel

@airtelindia The beauty of automation in customer care is that you can immediately assure that their issue will be resolved its another thing to back it up with real resolution equally quickly. 20 hours ago got assurance of help by @airtelindia still waiting No help coming on other channel
