@HansGutbrod 17 years ago this would have been absolute heaven 4 our oldest son who was a huge fan of what we back then called „Bagger TV/Entertainment“ He could watch this 4 hours…..
@JasonMiller@brianglenntv Someone whose country has been invaded and is fighting for the survival of its people. Everyone else understands that except you.
@elonmusk@elonmusk When one cuts all foreign aid and people have nothing to loose it easy to get them to do terrible things. It seems you know a lot about that….

Happy NewYear and best wishes for 2025 from a truely remarkable evening here in Tbilisi, Georgia where thousands of people gathered on Rustaveli tonight 2 celebrate the passing into a new year and new beginnings🍀🎈
#Georgien#Proteste
Tbilisi Mayor Kaladze had to postpone lightning the Christmas/New Years tree 2night due 2 what looked like sudden technical problems even though he claims it was due 2 aggressive protestors. That’s what happens when you declare & wage war on your own population….
While Tbs Mayor Kaladze is preparing 2 light the Christmas/New Years tree in front of Parliament 2night, Georgians are making clear what their wishes for Christmas/New Years really are….
Ski wear, helmets & googles have found another use while protesting at Parliament in ☃️temp., facing tear gas& riot police. Protesters are playing soccer while a former soccer player is anointed President inside 4 only qualification GD cares: being a loyal team player.
A Syrian flag at the protests in Tbilisi, Georgia tonight as a message to the ruling Georgian Dream Party that it should follow same path as Bashar al-Assad to Moscow.
Mindia Gabadze, a reporter with Publika, a Tbilisi-based online news outlet was attacked by regime-linked plain clothed thugs while covering protest of artists in the immediate proximity of the Police. Despite continuous calls of Gabadze’s colleagues to the Police officers to react and detain assailants who beat up the journalist as he was fulfilling his professional duty, the Police officers are seen ignoring the plea for help and refuse to even move out of their vehicle. As a result, the assailants left the scene freely, with Mr Gabadze receiving facial injuries.
So maybe there is more to the story than can be seen on Rustaveli by the foreign journalists in their flag jackets & helmets. Just saying…3/3 #GeorgianProtests
Last night at the Protests, it seemed less crowed 2 me, not just in front of Parliament, but also up Rustaveli. Rumors that police might use of life ammunition beforehand made some friends keep their kids at home. 1/3 #GeorgianProtests
There are accounts of police preventing people from joining by arresting them beforehand, chasing people through adjacent neighborhoods, youngsters sheltering and hiding in strangers appartmts with lights off & even on rooftops in fear of getting assaulted. #GeorgianProtests 2/3
The fireworks of the demonstrators against the water cannons (mixed at times with pepperspray) of the police - another night in front of Parliament. #GeorgiaProstests
@AnnaGvarishvili I have to disagree here Anna, there is one country that is fighting harder and paying a much higher price in blood and lives - the Ukrainians, unfortunately.
