@AldenWicker Many brands produce cheaply in less regulated countries as they can exploit people and nature with greater ease. This is a prime example. Its sad and irresponsible. Shoppers also need to understand that sustainable items cost more as they are produce responsibly
@DeborahMeaden Yet they reward the water company bosses with huge pay, bonus and dividends. Its corruption not to hold them accountable and to reward for this level of failure
@R0bertaLee @_DirtyFashion_@SHEIN_Official With its scale and resources why has it not done this already and why is it putting out vague statements like 'wants to' instead of sharing a plan it can be held accountable to ie by this date .. this % will be ... this is green washing
We make a contribution to our marine conservation charity partners Project Seagrass with each item we sell. This little blue card you receive lets you know what has been contributed #WorldOceanDay2022
@daniellismore@stonewalluk@RainbowRailroad@glaad How interesting... as a brand we have pillars and principles we work to .. but trying to get into every cause to be able to put out a post or hashtag is insane. Token gestures vs Inbuilt principles
If we ruled the world...all media outlets would have to dedicate equal advertising time to educate people on eating well and living in harmony with nature as they do on current media adverts. Too many people just lack basic information #sustainable#ad#Dreamer
@designmeets@_DirtyFashion_@FTAorg Actually gave us more control over our margins as all sales are full price. PLUS the additional benefit of consumers making more considered shopping choices as they have wait to receive the goods, and no excess stock to sell at a reduced price/margin. Win win #sustainable
@natsabin Totally agree! Nature is such a wonder and beauty, and the simple things can bring the most joy. How did we over complicate ourselves that enjoying nature is deemed childish #Springwatch we 🧡 you
