Terrible experience at @CoorgHeightsResort booked via @MakeMyTrip. They gave us a different room, charged extra for ‘upgrades’, and the room was full of bugs, flies, and mosquitoes. Dinner was awful. MMT Booking NL2100154722146

Multiple persons tried to call customer care but no luck.

Also, no prior update from GSPS for this issue .
