@zecarloscosta@johnmend0za@TheHoopCentral@ohnohedidnt24 I agree with what you’re saying but also the nba awards the foul baiting these days so if you aren’t doing it, you aren’t getting the calls. By no means am I saying it’s right but just how the nba is now unfortunately
@BenHowardOPT Dude I’m a die hard fan of any of the teams I like obviously but I’m also realistic. I (typically 😂) don’t let my bias control my thoughts on how things happen in games because outside of it I just want to see fair play in whatever sport
@BenHowardOPT I mean more of celebrate in game. If you hit a big shot or something, please celebrate, get your team hype. But sometimes players just take it too far and it’s like come on dawg
@BenHowardOPT Yea I think it’s call when necessary, if it is a full extension as an offensive player, then yea obviously but it’s it’s a slight push off and not even moving the defense just small. Just as a small defensive bump shouldn’t be a foul
@BenHowardOPT I’ve been meaning to watch but haven’t. I saw a couple celebratory things from tonight that might seem cocky but not like JA does 😂 also I hope these players celebrate because why wouldn’t you?
@BenHowardOPT I don’t hate sga by any means but I wish that fouls weren’t as easy to come by for any team or player. Obviously if you get hacked it should be called but man especially in the playoffs small shit happens. Just let them play. And college isn’t any different 🙄
@BenHowardOPT The thunder are really young and they have tons of draft picks to become a crazy dynasty honestly. They can just keep improving whether through trades or just getting great young guys early
@zecarloscosta@johnmend0za@TheHoopCentral@ohnohedidnt24 But that’s the thing, sga and Lebron drive more than steph ever will in his career. I’m not saying Steph doesn’t drive because I’ve seen it plenty but not at the same rate. Plus Steph isn’t a foul baiter like SGA, Bron, Luka or even AR. And I say 3 lakers as a lakers fan
@BenHowardOPT I’ve never thought about that being a reason or heard it but I don’t think that it’s wrong. I just think he gets a lot of his hate for the foul baiting which again CP3 was great at and also got about the same hate for but that was a time everyone was doing it
@BenPete0493865@BenHowardOPT Yea but you see the stats and why Russ won his mvp was his triple doubles were historic. Jokic has been putting up insane stats but his team isn’t as successful as the thunder has been. But team success is such a dumb criteria for mvp imo unless it’s a huge +/- differential
@BenHowardOPT So I will say I think he gets more of the superstar whistle than other because I think that’s true but he also, like other stars before, knows how to manipulate the advantage of the rules. Just like Kobe admitted to grabbing jerseys but doing it in a way refs didn’t see
@Eternalvacancy@TheHoopCentral@ohnohedidnt24 Idgaf who you like watching. I just like watching good basketball. Steph is a phenomal shooter and beat shooter ever so watching him play is electric. Lebron in his prime was fun to watch how explosive he was. I can continue with why I enjoy watching the greats but I won’t
@Eternalvacancy@TheHoopCentral@ohnohedidnt24 You said hate watch dumbass. How do you hate watch someone you don’t hate? I don’t even hate the warriors either. I’m not even a Lebron fan like that, I respect his greatness and obviously he is a Laker so there’s that. Kobe got me into the game and the team
@BenPete0493865@BenHowardOPT No I can’t express enough how much I agree with you. I say stupid now but it’s been for like you said, a long time. I’m full on the side of Joker should have won the last 6 MVPs but it’s more than the criteria from the beginning, it’s a popularity contest now
