I made a POS transaction. I got a failed transaction. I was debited without getting paid. Please kindly initiate a reversal. Find below a screenshot of the transaction.
@cenbank@moniepointng@MoniepointHelp I sent @moniepointng a DM with a clear transaction receipt of a failed POS transaction at took place September 1. Up till now.....no reversal after 3-5 working days. Pls rectify. This transaction is now over a month old

On September 1, 2023 at precisely at 3.13pm. I got a debited transaction from a declined POS transaction from a moniepoint terminal. Till now, the withdrawn funds hasn't been returned. Pls resolve this.
@MTN180 Today is July 9. The reported date issue is yet to be fixed.
I borrowed data worth #5075 or thereabout but I can't make use of it. What's the point of having a data borrowing facility if it can't work?
Please fix this.
