@iceman_ex @ESICM Probably best trial: eCPR in high volume centres, and randomisation on scene and not at hospital.

Panel agree there are cases where there is no equipoise and is clear for #ECPR (e.g., young pt overdose, hypothermia etc)

@WorldExtremeMed Kia ora! These are great but taking the AVPU or the AcVPU scale used by ICAR into consideration -I wonder if the numbering of the different “umbles” may be somewhat misleading? Fine motor control deteriorate prior to gross motor for example. Thoughts @jmelau ? #hypothermia 🥶❄️
