British wildflower plants for bees, butterflies and other pollinators. Peat and pesticide free. Grown from UK seed at our nursery in Pembrokeshire, Wales.
To get to @grub_kitchen, you have to bypass 5,000 Devil's-bit scabious plug plants from @WildflowerNurs! These will be planted across project sites during the next few months to create habitat for the marsh fritillary butterfly that went extinct on the peninsular in 2013.
As part of the LNP's community Grants programme, @valecricket received wildflower plug plants supplied by @WildflowerNurs and nest boxes to help support and improve local biodiversity around the grounds.

We ban plastic straws but allow this!? Petition to ban plastic grass: polluting, toxic, usually unrecyclable, terrible for wildlife. Please sign. https://t.co/DAXxqxtx9L @jackwallington

Lunchtime guerilla raking after the mowers have been through! Determined that this patch will become more hospitable to wildflowers 🌻🌼🌸#roadsideverge#beefriendly
It’s #NationalMeadowsDay! Let me share with you one of the most fantastic wildflower meadows I’ve ever seen. It was brimming with native plants, buzzing with insects and altogether nature at its very best 🙌
The simple act of leaving a lawn to grow or not mowing a road verge during the summer might reveal something special. A change in mowing regime meant these pyramidal orchids (Anacamptis pyramidalis) had a chance to pop up - what have you discovered in your lawn or local verge?
Thank you @WildflowerNurs!! Today I planted some Sorrel, Lady's Bedstraw, Bird's-foot-trefoil and Wild Strawberries. Some proper #WildlifeGardening with Swifts soaring in the air. They must be nesting close by as I see around 20 of them daily. #WilderFuture#BackyardNature
“Well I am telling you there is hope. I have seen it.
But it does not come from governments or corporations.
It comes from the people.”
Here’s a small part from my speech today at the #cop25 in Madrid.
