Wrapping up a year of progress, the Community Resource Hubs team from the WILDTRUST iSimangaliso MPA EbA project, funded by the Blue Action Fund, gathered at Hluhluwe River Lodge for an unforgettable team-building and prize-giving celebration!
The project team and Hub staff enjoyed two energizing days of team-building activities, followed by a joyful prize-giving ceremony that recognized the dedication, hard work, and passion of the Hub staff members.

BEACH CLEANUP FUN!
Today, the EThekwini Municipality teamed up with WILDTRUST’s Blue Port team for an exciting cleanup of the beautiful Durban beachfront dunes. We focused on three spots: Addington Beach, Blue Waters Hotel front, and the Durban Fun World area.
“No one wants to relax on a dirty beach!” said Wendy Dunn, WILDTRUST Project Coordinator. She encouraged everyone to embrace a sense of pride and care for our coastline during this season of fun!
