Today was a major milestone for the I-80 project, with the kick-off of construction on the new Des Plaines River Bridges. The final phase of the project, currently the largest infrastructure project in Illinois, will be transformational for the entire region once completed.

@Metra briefed local leaders on plans to increase Rock Island Line service, creating expanded regional access. County Executive Bertino-Tarrant hosted the conversation with local elected and business leaders on how increased transit could fuel economic development.

We're working with local partners to host a Mobile Market Distribution in Crete!

The Market will provide milk, eggs, fresh produce, meat, and non-perishable items. The drive-up event is open to all! Food will be distributed while supplies last.
