@rosscraig @stjohnsairport I’m assuming that when the YYZ flight landed an hour or so later, the RVR had improved enough to shoot the approach.

@rosscraig @stjohnsairport YUL flight didn’t get in last night because the crosswind was too high for CAT II/III and the RVR was below 1200 so they couldn’t even attempt a CAT I ILS.
