During the first two weeks of the season, the saints lived up to their reputation of promising so much but failing to deliver. Fingers crossed today's win will be the start of the turnaround that the clubs requires for long suffering fans. #AFLGiantsSaints
One thing that tonight's election has shown, is that polls can no longer be trusted, no matter your political persuasion. We were advised that the race would be tight, however it has been a blowout of monumental proportions. #AusVotes2025
@dragonking_04 Sympathy award. I still stand by my comments above. Pat Cummins had a bigger contribution across all aspects of the series, with Bumrah only having one decent innings with the bat.
@NRL after the bunkers disastrous decision regarding Melbourne's 2nd try, I am glad that I watch more Union games now than ever. At least the TMO makes the right call when the evidence is blatantly obvious. Your whole review system needs to be called into question#NRLGrandFinal
@PeterDutton_MP How do you plan on funding your Nuclear Energy plan and what are your plans for the spent Nuclear fuel after it is no longer viable? No government has ever successfully dealt with the storage and disposal of Nuclear waste. #Budgetreply
@pt_wanderer@RnaudBertrand We were there on an @UN mission, not US. Australia conducts visits all over the world with our allies and vice versa. Nothing new here.
@Peter_Fitz I was in Bullecourt for the 2022 commemorations. It is amazing how so many formidable battles occurred in such a small area of one country. The fact that the land is pretty much dead flat so you could see the enemy approaching, any higher ground was considered a prize.
@Peter_Fitz Currently reading The Last Charge of the Australian Light Horse (great book by the way). Wondering for the build up occurring in Egypt and the action on the Gallipoli Peninsula, have you changed material that was used during your Gallipoli book? Or taken a fresh look?
