As organizations scale AI, maintaining your security posture is critical—and today with @AnthropicAI, we’re paving the way with a new integration with the @ClaudeAI Compliance API.
By bringing Claude into Okta Identity Security Posture Management (ISPM), we’re giving teams the centralized visibility needed to surface identity blind spots and remediate risks.
Now, you can manage Claude just like any other SaaS platform, ensuring your AI usage stays secure and compliant.

If you’re building and deploying AI agents in your enterprise, you need to be able to answer three core questions:
- Where are my agents?
- What can agents connect to?
- What can agents do?
@BrianSozzi and @toddmckinnon about the blueprint for the secure agentic enterprise
Q: "How is this AI revolution changing the future of being an engineer at a company like yours and others like it?"
“It's actually changing and disrupting how things get built, and that's why that aptitude for change is so important,” Okta CEO @toddmckinnon says.
Next week at @Okta Showcase, we’ll share how organizations can answer three increasingly urgent questions: Where are my AI agents? What can they connect to? And what can they do?

CEO @toddmckinnon joins for an exclusive look at the company's latest earnings and the opportunity he sees in identity security for AI agents:

"Are people going to build their own software, or buy software from vendors? Unequivocally, they're going to buy more software from vendors." - Okta CEO @toddmckinnon
"Companies have a very hard time building something that goes from SAP to content management to Salesforce in an end-to-end process."
"Maybe there’ll be some more customization and more vibe coding to build that. But the core vendors, core data sources, and the core business logic and processes, that’s going to get bigger and bigger. I’m 100% convinced of that."
Shadow AI is replacing Shadow IT. We’re introducing new capabilities in @Okta for AI Agents to map the blast radius of every agent in your stack. Discover the shadow agents, identify the overprivileged identities, and provide the killswitch.
I sat down with @jimcramer to discuss AI agents as a powerful new identity type. As companies adopt AI and build AI agents, they want three things: innovation, choice, and security. Without identity security, AI’s promise will collapse.

The SaaS ecosystem has evolved at incredible speed — but security standards haven’t kept up. We saw this with the Salesloft incident, where attackers used stolen tokens to jump between applications.
To ease the concerns of our customers, @okta and @auth0 weren’t impacted. Our defenses, including IP restrictions and token-binding protections like DPoP, held firm.
The new reality is that security can no longer live inside a single app; it needs to move at the speed of integration. That's why we're championing the IPSIE standard with the OpenID Foundation. It's a framework that creates a common language for identity-based security, enabling shared alerts and instant token revocation across different SaaS providers.
This is how we close the gaps and prevent the next wave of token replay attacks from spreading. It's about securing the entire ecosystem, not just one piece of it.

AI agents are cool - securing agents (and all non human identities) is decidedly less cool and pretty complicated. @okta announces new Cross App Access to help developers and enterprises securely manage how AI agents interact across systems: https://t.co/DD1fpUFkK8
When I watched this video, the thing I kept thinking was the person who should be most excited about this is @DanielLurie. A love letter to SF and a reminder why it’s a magical place to live and work.
