@Telstra Late update, after another call late Friday, I finally got some action. 4 days of requesting an order be withdrawn so we could just do it ourselves and the original order from 7 days ago was actually completed.

@Telstra Unfortunately, when we tried to put the wholesale order through it was rejected as there is still an active order that wasn't cancelled (the progress I thought we made). Received a call from a rep who is still trying to get the order completed.

@Telstra Progress! Just called again, got through in under an hour, and the person that answered sorted out the biggest hurdle, might actually be able to get somewhere now.

@Telstra Rep really tried, but unfortunately no notes on what further information the team leader was wanting. Order stuck in testing so can't be cancelled, faults team went home two hours ago so nothing will happen until tomorrow. I'll dm refnumbers, but will now reach the 7 day mark
