@ThatGuyRulesBro @anymanfitness I've been tempted by the Bettergoods because they are slightly cheaper. Although I do think the Lewis brand has slightly "cleaner" ingredients (not a total deal breaker for me tbh).

Mainly, Lewis buns come in a pack of 4 and that's about right for me. lol

@anymanfitness The hamburger buns are great too! 70ish calories. Mostly fiber/protein.

Is it as good as an artisan potato roll or a Martin's bun? Nope. But it's a good stand in for a generic ole' Wonderbread style bun.

@anymanfitness Yea, it tastes like regular bread. Even the Hawaiian style was decent. My son who is 10 loves it and asks for it based on the taste alone.

I use that brand for all sandwiches, hamburgers, etc. IDC about keto but the macros/calories are great on this bread.
