Last night, we passed an amendment to the trash ordinance to strengthen the tools inspectors have in stopping rat activity in Waltham. Dumpsters will be inspected to decrease rat food sources. A big win that took a while, but it was passed for a first reading last night.

I want to share my endorsement and support for Tom Stanley for State Representative. Tom is a fierce advocate for Waltham and he will continue his advocacy for us at the state level. Please don't forget to cast your vote on September 3rd (Tuesday after Labor Day).
I’m happy to report that the traffic commission approved my request to allow a right turn on red at the intersection of Smith and Trapelo. Traffic clogs up at certain parts of the day, sometimes back to Wyman Street. This should help alleviate some of that.
We got to congratulate Class of ‘24 @WalthamHoop student-athlete Stephan Barnes tonight on his 1000th point as a Hawk. A historic milestone. Best of luck to the Hawks on Thursday! Hawks top off against Natick at home this Thursday at 7pm. @CityofWaltham

Waltham HS (Waltham, MA) is looking for an experienced and qualified OL/DL Coach for the 2023 season. Stipend available. Must be able to make 330-530pm practice during the week and games/scouting on weekends
