Proving an idea is good because you like it makes pilots seem cheap, attractive but actively harmful

@sib313 Idealistic answer is that we move as much of these NHS analysis pipelines to an open source model where we see what data munging is being done. If people deviate from the often used logic then that's a problem. Doesn't fix senior pressures for "good" numbers
