Marvel superheroes are usually known to be more realistic and relatable. (Regular persons given superpowers like spider-man ).
But one thing overlooked about DC characters is that they sacrificed their higher lifestyle to do good.
Bruce Wayne could have lived his life as billionaire playboy.
Superman could have lived as god-like immortal being on earth.
Wonder woman could have lived as an amazon princess.
Yet, they all sacrificed the easier way, one born to them, and became champions for those with less.
In a sense, DC heroes CHOOSE to be heroes and did not simply become one due to an accident.
