@RedLineReportt I don't think this is straightforward. I think it should depend on 2 factors, primary citizenship and what country is your second. Born on foreign soil at a military base to US citizens, sure. Is your second country an enemy state? This factors need to be considered.

@RedLineReportt I didn't have a job when I applied, but I got a job before I started the course, but they wanted me to ask finish the course, but the course was during my working hours. I had proof, but I think they wanted a paycheck. The first one was 3 weeks out, course was 2 weeks. Think

@RedLineReportt Yes and no, what kind of welfare? Can it interfere with full-time work or getting a job? When I lived in Oregon, for ebt, able bodied adults had to either have a job within a time period or complete a course on getting a job.

@Grand_DM I like what Paizo chose to do, primary stat for initiative is Perception, how well or quickly do you see the enemy. Alternatively, you can make a case for your PC to react differently. As a rogue, you might use Stealth, how quickly can you hide. Barbarian might use strength, etc.

@_HMSP This is like when fast food places removed Bacon Cheeseburgers and started charging to add bacon. 50 cents for regular, nothing special or go somewhere and pay the same for smoked Bacon. I'll take flavor

@titanusgojiraa These people need to stop projecting, it goes but ways, every gender, they spend so much time together, on set, press conferences, red carpets. With the Me Too movement and Weinstein, these women would say if there's an issue. I wish I had friends like this.

@Kompow1 @ReignOfPride It's also been more noticeable because of the increased exposure, like there might be a correlation to increased anxiety. There might also be a correlation to his heartthrob status that has him mostly around women. He's done this in a couple of movies with men.
