Wow! Growing outdoors, naturally, and organically is here to stay! Green Poison tested at 3.5% terps, Spiked Rugburn OG tested at 2.8%, both a whopping 25% THC. And very notably, we passed our micro tests which means no irradiation.
@WillowWeedFarm Both of those look like unique and interesting terpene profiles. I’m not sure if I’ve ever seen profiles with that little myrcene.
The Green Poison sounds especially unique, I’ve definitely never seen a Nerolidol dominant cultivar before.
You’ve peaked my interest. 🤓
The hotly anticipated conclusion of our highly scientific Twitter poll is that people say they want to prioritize factors such as "local, craft, organic, etc" when making a cannabis purchasing choice.
Retailers, is this your experience with consumers?
After over a week of slow hang-drying to 12% moisture, these buds are being cut from the stems one at a time. Next they will be hand-trimmed and cold cured. Harvest time is fun because we get to wake up and smell the flowers everyday. Working on a small-scale is key for quality.
@TheGuyFromWpg Thank you! We finished bringing in everything from the greenhouse yesterday and have it hanging up to dry. Took over three weeks but it's all downhill from here.
October is a crazy busy month here at Willow Farm. While Cannabis is our main priority, we also harvest honey from our bees, grapes for Willow Wine, sunflower seeds, squash, and forage for mushrooms in the forest.
The culmination of 180 days of growing. We had our first harvest of 2021 yesterday. Thank you to our family and friends who did such a good job cutting, trimming, weighing, washing and hanging. These beautiful buds will hang for 10 days at 60/60 to slow dry. #croptober#cannabis
As the temperature drops the fan leafs are changing to magnificent colours and the buds are forming beautifully. Enjoy these spectacular photos of our Cherry Rugburn, Purple Punch, and Sweet Venom cultivars. #cannabis#craftcannabis#microlicense#ganga#weed#pot#canadacannabis
"Why did we name ourselves Willow Weed?"
1. It is the middle name of our founder, Jacob Willow Spiro.
2. It is the name of our farm, Willow Pond Farm.
3. The alliteration duh...
4. Our business model is similar to a Willow Tree- flexible with strong roots that are disruptive.
