VFD Group Delivers 100.8% Growth in H1 Profit After Tax, Approves 24 Kobo Interim Dividend

This is the first interim dividend in VFD Group's history. The first time they are rewarding shareholders mid-year.

At ₦0.24 per share, this maiden interim dividend almost matches their entire FY2025 dividend of ₦0.25 per share.

In effect, close to a full year's payout returned in just six months.

It represents a dividend yield of around 1.95%, the second-highest among the major NGX names declaring interim dividends this season, and the highest among financial and investment bodies
