Uber can clearly see the booking timeline, the unanswered calls, and zero response to messages until I cancelled — yet I’m charged a cancellation fee. That’s unfair. New drivers may lack experience, but the platform shouldn’t ignore obvious data. Do better. @Uber_India

@noon_cares so disappointing, the item wasn’t even open, the seller was noon itself.. I’ve checked many places before buying, I found best price at noon so bought from here. The packaging looked different and fake so didn’t even open and returned.. still declined
