If women cannot be trusted to not do insane things because of their hormones, then women should not

- manage their own finances;
- have voting rights;
- own firearms or operate lethal weapons;
- be left alone with children or other vulnerable members of society;
- have the authority to sign legal documents;
- be charged with prescribing or dispensing controlled substances;
- direct public safety or control public infrastructure;
- handle hazardous materials;
- manage data networks or critical communications;
- be put in positions of authority or any form of fiduciary role;
- participate in the legal and judicial system;
- hold roles which involve making critical, unreviewable decisions for others (e.g. emergency medical personnel, commercial pilots, or high-level military commanders); or
- lead countries.

After all, if you cannot trust them to not act out irrationally at any moment, then you can't exactly entrust them with anything that requires rational and sound capacity of mind at all times now, can you?

If Lindsay Clancy is found innocent because hormones made her emotionally unstable, women better be very careful celebrating that verdict.

Because the law loves PRECEDENT.

From that day forward, every job application is going to have a new question:
