@plebloml @acweyand The work up for microcytic anemia (your red blood cells are small) are usually indicative of blood loss (menorrhagia vs gastrointestinal bleeds) somewhere in your body or some other underlying factors that can vary from autoimmune diseases (less likely unless u have FMHx of it)
