Move from BT to EE (forcibly) – complete nightmare –, money taken out and no notice of it. Mobile phone transfer not logged, mobile and bb accounts not linked.  1.5  hours on phone   Customer service guys very helpful not their fault crap IT system. @bt_uk @EE

@AmazonUK @amazon @AmazonHelp yet again am watching my delivery go to the wrong address again despite me putting explicit instructions in. This keeps happened even after lots of communication with Amazon. They deliver to most other houses in my close but not me. Appalling
