$OSEA Drop-Staking is Live!

We are excited to introduce $OSEA Staking for every new drop on @zksync and @LineaBuild. With this update, Linea becomes the 12th blockchain where OSEA is deployed. Starting this Monday, we will gradually start adding support for more networks.

How does it work? 🤔
​
1️⃣ Stake your OSEA in a selected Drop.
2️⃣ With each mint tx 0.00005 ETH goes to Community (Staking) Pool.
3️⃣ Once the drop ends, you can claim your OSEA and ETH rewards proportionate to your stake in the Drop.
​
The Community Fee is locked directly in the contract of each drop, separate from protocol revenue. Omnisea does not have access to the Community pool.
​
📕 Rules:
• Minimum 10,000 $OSEA requirement.
• You can stake $OSEA only before the End Date of the drop.
• Claim is possible only after the End Date of the drop.
• Every stake within a Drop is locked for the same period of time.
​
🔒 The lock period is determined by the following formula:
End Date + the number of days between the Drop creation and the user's stake day. If you stake on the same day the Drop was created, you can claim your rewards on the End Date (0 days difference). However, if you stake on e.g. the 7th day of the Drop, rewards can be claimed 7 days after the End Date.
​
🎡 We envision drop-staking as a unique internal economy for creators, something we like to call the Flywheel. It increases the involvement of the Omnisea Community with our Creators. The more people mint a drop, the larger the Community Fee pool. This motivates stakers, along with the creators, to promote the collection, thereby increasing the Community pool.
​
