3 Upper Body Exercises I like to use:
•Alternating Chest Press
•Alternating Bent Over Row
•Alternating Overhead Seated Press (Z Press)
I use these movements to build a stable core, strong upper body, shoulder stability, and more.
Hope this helps someone 🙌🏿

I have always loved the core message of this quote, but there has always been more I would follow the quote up with to better represent my point of view.
I don’t believe leaders ‘create’ leaders…I believe they facilitate the development of leaders, they instill belief in those around them so they may step into leadership roles, they challenge those that they lead to think critically and form their own original thoughts as well as unique perspectives through providing supportive frameworks rather than teaching absolute truths that aren’t truly absolute.
In this way, those that were willing to be led have complete ownership of the result of their hard work. Their perspectives have been vetted and they feel certain about the value of what they have discovered through the process. They are ready to share that new perspective with the world as the leader they now know themselves to be.
Ultimately, the ideal end result from the relationship and process is that the original leader/teacher is challenged by the student to look at things in new ways…to now become a student of the person who has followed them.
There has been no greater joy in my career than to find myself following the lead of people I have helped guide through this process.
I would like to celebrate any of you who have walked this journey with me in any way…whether we only crossed paths for a short time or for years, whether I was your student or you mine, maybe we even passed the leadership batton back and forth. I truly hope any trust placed in me be part of your process has resulted in some form of meaningful growth and I would love to hear from you if so.
Feel free to comment or shoot me a DM if this hits for you 👊
