Indian Sugar & Bio-energy Manufacturers Association has revised net sugar production estimates for 2024-25 season. Earlier, ISMA had released its second advance estimates on 31st January’2025, for net sugar production in the 2024-25 sugar season, projecting approximately 272.5 lakh tonnes after diverting 37.5 lakh tonnes of sugar for ethanol production.
