@O2 dreadful customer service. Store staff cant talk to me about my contract. Half four in queue for support.. then get cut off half way thru and have to queue again looks like I'm gonna take the option to cancel mid contract due to the price hike.. ty for that at least.
@O2 telling me that I cant keep my number if I move my airtime to another provider now the airtime contract has expired. So basically you sign a 2 year airtime contract but have to stay for 3 yearstill th device plan ends or they stop you transferring your number. How?
@virginmedia So its 2025 and you feel it's ok for a customer to have no service for 5 days. Really.. off to town today so will look at other providers. Expect notice of termination.
Got a refund.. took 5 hours and three refusals to accept when the "system response" said no and closed the case. I wonder how many people give up amd how much @UberEats makes from that.
